About The Class
Women's MoveCamp (Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:30am): This hour-long class is geared for women to target your whole body. We understand that it can be hard to find childcare, so we are a child friendly studio. On top of being certified in women's health and menopause, our trainers also specialize in pregnancy and postpartum training. So if you are in this stage of life, we will help you safely move through this workout providing modifications based on which stage you are in, any issues you might be experiencing and your current fitness level.

This class incorporates movements to help strengthen/stretch the muscles you use every day to be a mom and/or someone who wears lots of hats. You go at your own pace and modifications are provided based on class participants, so all fitness levels are welcome.

Since we are a small studio, we know your name, get to know you and genuinely come to care about you inside and outside of class. We have created a community of women with this class and would love to have you be a part of it, as well.
