For all our classes, all ages (14 years old and up) are welcome, as well as all fitness levels. Since our classes are small, we have the ability to modify ANY exercise based on any issues, injuries or fitness level - you just have to ask the trainer!
Women's MoveCamp (Tues & Thurs at 8:30am):
Ladies, get a fantastic, full-body workout designed just for you! Our instructors hold advanced certifications in women's health, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause training, ensuring safe, effective movements tailored to your unique stage and needs—even if they change daily!

This class strengthens and stretches the muscles you use every day, whether you're a busy mom or juggling many roles. Go at your own pace; modifications are always provided, making all fitness levels welcome.
Beyond the workout, you'll find a supportive community of women who genuinely care. We know your name, your goals, and celebrate your progress. And yes, bring your little ones! This is a baby and child-friendly class, because we understand and embrace real life.

Ageless Strength (Thurs at 11:15am):
Ready to redefine aging? Our Ageless Strength class is a dynamic 45-minute session designed specifically for older adults who want more than just a workout – they want to thrive.

Forget the "chair exercises." We dive deep into crucial movements that build genuine muscle, boost your balance, improve mobility, enhance flexibility, and strengthen your core. Total Body Burn (Mon, Wed 5:15pm, Sat 8am):

We blend a smart mix of cardio and strength exercises, utilizing all the diverse equipment our studio offers. You'll build lean muscle, boost your metabolism, and feel energized in a results-driven environment. You set your own pace, and our expert trainers provide modifications for any injuries or limitations, ensuring a safe and effective workout just for you.
