vitality's small group classes
We know your time is limited, but don't let that prevent you from getting in a good workout. Join us for one of our small group classes. Classes are offered throughout the week.
Our classes are more like semi-private training. We limit class size and our classes are led by experienced Certified Personal Trainers who will know your name, what injuries or limitations you have, and what your goals are.
You’ll love the support and camaraderie you’ll find in this type of environment, not to mention our classes are a great workout and a lot of fun!
For all our classes, all ages (14 years old and up) are welcome, as well as all fitness levels. Since our classes are small, we have the ability to modify ANY exercise based on any issues, injuries or fitness level - you just have to ask the trainer!
Momma MoveCamp (Thursdays at 8:30am): This hour-long class is geared for moms in any stage (but especially the first few years) to target your whole body. Specialized in pregnancy and postpartum training, your trainer will help you safely move through this workout providing modifications based on which stage you are at in life and your current fitness level. The class incorporates movements to help strengthen/stretch the muscles you use every day to be a mom and someone who wears lots of hats. You go at your own pace, so all fitness levels welcome. Class participants have commented that it's nice working out alongside other moms who are going/have gone through the same stages as you. Have kiddos preventing you from working out? Bring them with you for this class - we promise we don't mind!
Total Body Burn: A mixture of cardio and strength exercises make up this workout, utilizing any of the pieces of equipment in the studio. For this class, you go at your own pace. Each class is geared based on specific muscle groups that vary by the day so that you are able to attend every day if you can. This class is 45 minutes long.
Cardio Pump: A cardio strength class that utilizes weighted bars, free weights and a step to perform synchronized resistance and core strengthening exercises in small group setting. Each exercise is performed to the beat of fun upbeat music mix tracks. This class is 30 minutes long.
