Personal training at vitality
We offer one on one or small group training, where our trainers create an individualized workout program specifically geared towards you and your goals. We offer this in-person or virtually depending on your comfort level and availability.
Together we will set reasonable goals in realistic time frames and constantly evaluate and adjust your program. Our goal is to teach you how to make lifestyle changes so that you can comfortably maintain your health and fitness on your own. We offer 3 or 6 month packages with each session being 30, 45, or 60 minutes long 1, 2 or 3 times a week. During your time with us, you will get instruction, motivation, encouragement and be held accountable by some of the best coaches in the industry.
We want to remove as many barriers to working out as possible for you, so kids are welcome to join you at the studio for your session if you need it.
