Starting January 2020, we will be running a couple different specialty fitness programs at the studio, specifically aimed for different groups of people with a variety of goals. These programs will run for 6 weeks, depending.

Be Gone Knee or Back Pain!

Taught by Austen

 

Are you tired of feeling those achy knees when you stand from a chair? Or that annoying dull ache in your low back at the end of the day? Then this small group training program is for you!

 

Over 6 weeks, Austen will work with you to guide and teach you the best exercises to stretch and strengthen areas to allow you to go about your daily activities without pain! And if you lose weight as a by product, then BONUS!

10am  Mondays & Wednesdays

January 13 - Feb 19

12 - 45 minute sessions

Small group training means there will only be a max of 4 of you doing this program, so you will be building a community on top of becoming pain free. Don’t worry about your current fitness level! Although this is small group training, the exercises you will be doing are customized especially for you and your current level and pain and you will be performing them at your own pace.

Burn It Bootcamp

Taught by Cherise

 

Get in, get out and go on with your day. Start 2 mornings a week with an amazing total body strength and cardio (combined) workout that lasts only 30 minutes.

Starting January 7, this 6 week long synchronized 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout is designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout incorporates barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. It is guaranteed to get your heart rate pumping, calories burning, and make you feel amazing! Let’s tackle 2020 with everything we got!

 

5am Tuesdays and Thursdays

30-minute classes (12 classes total)

Combat Desk Job Posture

Taught by Ross

  • Do you spend the majority of your day sitting in meetings or hunched over a computer, iPad, or phone?

  • Do you constantly have tight shoulder and neck muscles?

  • Does your posture need a makeover?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this small group training program is for you!

 

For 6 weeks, Ross will work on combating your posture muscles, as well as your back and core to help you feel more relaxed when you have to sit in those daily meetings. Not to mention, working on your posture will help avoid potential low back and neck pain in the future!

 

Small group training means there will only be 5 of you doing this program with you, so you will be building a community on top of stretching and strengthening your upper body muscles. Don’t worry about your current fitness level! The exercises will be done at your own pace and modifications can be made to accommodate any injuries or issues you might have.

 

5:45pm Monday and Thursdays
