Vitality offers a Semi-Private Space
This space ensures that you will get focused and undistracted one-on-one care that will push you towards your goals. The clean environment is generally quiet and individual training means you don't have to share equipment.

At Vitality there are no hidden membership fees, the only membership you pay for is your personal training (or small group training) package. The studio is a friendly place where you can develop relationships with others training at the same time as you, if you desire.

Helping You with Goal Setting
Setting seemingly unrealistic fitness goals is something we can all relate to. Oftentimes we don't realize how vague our goals are or the unrealistic timeframe on those goals. At our initial consultation, we discuss what your goals are and an appropriate timeline for them. We also talk about why you have this goal. For example, weight loss - how could your life improve if you lost those 10+ pounds.
Once you are working with us, we become your motivator, doing everything we can to help you start chipping away at your goal (short of slapping that bundt cake from your hand).
Accountability
We know a big part of being a personal trainer is helping you be accountable. We are committed to helping you move better and know we are disappointed when you have to cancel - although we do understand things come up.

We are here to support you and push you probably more than you would on your own when necessary (or we are here to make you take a step back if you have been pushing yourself too hard).

Our trainers have high levels of expertise and experience in human physiology, exercise science, nutrition, injuries, conditions, and many more areas. ​

We will drill into you proper form, how to use exercise equipment and specific exercises that will help you to reach your goals.
We Develop a Plan Just for You
With the volume of fitness advice and routines that are on the internet, we know how overwhelming it can be to find what workout routine is the best thing to help you reach your goal. We create individualized workout programs for every single one of our clients that take into account your goals, your injuries/weaknesses, and your likes and dislikes. And based on how you are progressing, we adjust the program.

We also will give you homework on exercise to do at home or at a gym on your own, whether it's a workout routine you've done with us or a cardio assignment. And know that we will ask you if you've done it!


Get a Personalized Nutritional Plan
Studies show that just exercise changes alone aren't the most impactful on weight loss or muscle gain. Exercise and nutrition when used in conjunction are the most effective method to get your body and mind where you want them to be.

Knowing what essential food groups to eat, exactly how much to eat per meal, and when to eat during the day are just a few of the items that are covered in the Vitality nutritional plan. We offer this program in conjunction with your personal training program or as a stand-alone to help you to live your healthiest life.
