Pregnancy & Postpartum Training with us

You're going to be spending months taking care of your unborn baby (and years once that sweet baby gets here). Let us help take care of you so you are fully equipped to care for that baby and yourself!

Pregnancy Training

If you are feeling good, it's easy to want to continue to push yourself exercising the way you may have used to train before pregnancy but we work with you to figure out what type of exercise makes the most sense for your stage in pregnancy,get you to continue to move in ways that will make you strong in your fourth trimester, and hopefully prevent postpartum issues (ie. incontinence, prolapse, increased diastasis recti to name a few)

In the 6 -8 Weeks After Delivery

While you are recovering and getting used to life with a newborn, we will send you exercises/movements that you can do at your leisure to gently get your muscles to start working together again and to ease you back into exercising - until you are cleared by a medical professional to come back and work with us.

Postpartum Training

After having a baby, it is so easy to want to do the activities you used to do and to jump back into a fitness routine. At Vitality we believe that we are not the same women we were before becoming a mom, and sometimes our activities and exercising need to reflect that. Our certified pregnancy and postpartum coaches ease you back into traditional exercising postpartum, with special attention to areas that you really need to be strong as a mom - as well as addressing any pain or issues that may have come up from pregnancy/delivery.

Packages

Knowing time is precious, we offer 45 minute and 60 minute training sessions 2x a week and will give you homework for you to do on your own.

All monthly packages include:

  • 8 - 1:1 Personal Training Sessions with a workout program specifically designed just for you and your current stage of pregnancy and postpartum

  • Individualized Nutrition Support for whichever stage you are at and what you need (dietary help, meal planning, quick meals, recipes for freezer meals, etc)

 

Cost Per Month

45 Minute Sessions: $600

60 Minute Sessions: $780

Train with a Friend

Have a friend (or two) who is also pregnant or newly postpartum? Train together and save 20% off the package price per person per month (this discount can only be applied internally so call us to set up your small group).

***Packages are for 1 month and will continue until you tell us you would like to cancel. We pause your package if you go on vacation, get sick, have complications, as you recover from birth so you will never lose sessions that you have paid for.***

Kiddos

We know childcare can be iffy sometimes, so know that your kids, regardless of their age, are always welcome to come with you to the studio!

Momma MoveCamp

If none of these packages work for you or if you want this in addition to personal training with us, we offer a weekly 60 minute Momma MoveCamp class (currently Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30). In this class, join fellow pregnant and newly postpartum moms (as well as moms of toddlers/elementary aged kids - since you're always postpartum once you have a kiddo) move through a workout that is geared to help you be physically strong in the ways moms need to be (think lugging an awkward car seat or folding up the stroller and throwing it into the trunk), with a special focus on repairing deep core muscles and connecting your pelvic floor, breath to your movements. In this class, you go at your own pace and there are modifications depending on which stage of motherhood you are in.
