What's going on at Vitality

Run Club partnered with First Watch and Boundless Endurance

  • Every Tuesday morning at 6:30

  • We meet at First Watch Bowles, then run 3-4 miles, going at our pace, around Clement Park, followed by breakfast at First Watch.

    • They provide a drink and shareable item for all run participants.

  • All "runners" welcome!

  • Contact us to join so we know to wait for you!​

Food Drive - Donations will be collected during the month of January

During the month of January, Vitality Training Studio will be collecting Food Donations for Open Arms Food Bank.  Please bring in a food donation to your next workout.  The items in need are the following:

Canned Goods

Dry (shelf friendly) Staples
Cereal/Oatmeal
Baby Food
Diapers
Pet Food
Personal Hygiene Items

Momma Movecamp - on-going Mondays @ 11 am, Wednesdays at 11:30 am

  • Are you pregnant or newly postpartum (under 5 years)? This 60 min class is designed to help you feel more confident in your body and to get you stronger, while addressing possible pregnancy and delivery issues (ie. incontinence, pooch belly). Not to mention, it's nice being around other moms! 

  • We know it's hard to find childcare, especially for self-care, so kiddos are welcome to come with you!
