What is Balanced Habits KICK START?

  • A proven 28-day nutrition program that is customized for whatever your goals are - weight loss, gaining lean muscle, preparing for an event, or just looking and feeling better. Everything is laid out for you from what to eat (you pick the foods you like!), how much (no counting calories or grams of anything!), and at what times.

What is included?

  • Weekly menus, recipes, grocery lists, individualized portion sheets, weekly weigh-ins, accountability, education, exercise recommendations, and coaching from your local nutrition experts. Important note: for those who don't like to cook...while we encourage it, you can do this whole program without "cooking" a single meal!

  • 3 or 4 group exercise activities at the studio for you to get more exercise in and to have some fun with your peers taking on this same challenge!

  • Access to a private Facebook page

  • Discounted training packages and class upgrades if you are looking for a little more individual coaching.

Are there prizes?

  • Absolutely! The top three people who lose the biggest percentage of body weight will be the big award winners. But we will also have an array of prizes for all kinds of things - this is a super fun program!

How much does it cost?

  • The entire KICK START starts at only $229 and there are ONLY 30 SPOTS AVAILABLE. The first 10 to register get $30 off! Registration closes a few days before it starts or when all spots fill, whichever comes first. Don't delay, the price increase as the date gets closer!

When does it start?

  • KICK START is run three times a year in January, May and September. The date changes with each KICK START, but it usually is the middle of the month. There is a mandatory orientation the Friday the KICK START starts, usually at 6 pm at the Vitality Training Studio located at 7735 W. Long Drive #16 in Littleton, CO. This is where each challenger receives their individual program and learns everything they will need to know for the next 28 days to transform their bodies. It lasts about an hour and is MANDATORY to attend!

What else do I have to do?

  • You'll come to the studio for about 10 minutes for your initial weigh-ins the week before it starts (dates and times will be in your registration confirmation). You'll fill out a couple forms, have your measurements/weight recorded, and take your "before" photo.

  • Each week you'll stop by either Vitality Training Studio or Optimal Health Matters (8925 S Ridgeline Blvd Suite 102 in Highlands Ranch) for about 10 minutes during scheduled times to weigh in, have your journal checked, and get your program for the next week.

How much weight will I really lose?

  • If you follow the program as recommended, the average challenger will lose 5-15% of their body weight!

  • More importantly, we’ve seen people lose several inches, drop sizes in clothes, sleep better, have more energy, lose cravings, and many, many more great things in just 28 days!
