Total Body Burn Classes at Vitality

Total Body Burn classes combine cardio and strength exercises, utilizing any of the pieces of equipment in the studio or what clients have at home (if anything). Each class focuses on specific muscle groups, so you can attend multiple days and get a different workout each time! The sessions are either 30 or 45 minutes long depending on the day, so make sure to check the schedule.

SCHEDULE:​

  • Wednesdays: 5pm, 45 minute IN-PERSON class taught by Morgan

  • Saturdays: 7:30am, 45 minute IN-PERSON class taught by Cherise

  • Saturdays: 8:30am, 45 minute VIRTUAL class taught by Chelsey

Cardio Pump Classes at Vitality

In this class, you will utilize weighted bars, free weights, and a step to perform synchronized resistance and core strengthening exercises in a small group setting. Each exercise is performed to the beat of fun, upbeat music mix tracks! This class is 30 minutes long.\

Momma MoveCamp Classes at Vitality

This hour-long class is geared towards new(ish) moms to target your whole body. As specialists in pregnancy and postpartum training, the Vitality trainers will help you safely move through this workout. The class incorporates movements to help you strengthen/stretch the muscles you use every day to be a mom and someone who wears lots of hats. You will go at your own pace, so all fitness levels are welcome. It's also nice to work out alongside other moms who are going/have gone through the same stages as you have.

fHiiT Classes with Kate McDonald

fHiiT classes are 60 minutes long and is an overall body workout combining strength and endurance body weight exercises.  If you would like to add free weights or bands to any of the exercises please have them available! Workouts can be modified for every fitness level.

SCHEDULE:

  • Mondays: 8am & 11am VIRTUAL class

  • Tuesdays: 6:30am & 4pm VIRTUAL class // 8am IN-PERSON class at Retreat Park, Castle Pines 

  • Wednesdays: 8am & 11am VIRTUAL class // 9:30am IN-PERSON class at Retreat Park

  • Thursdays: 6:30am VIRTUAL class // 8am IN-PERSON class at Retreat Park

  • Fridays: 8am & 11am VIRTUAL class

For the in-person classes, make sure to bring water and any weights for your personal use; we will be safely distanced throughout the park)

Fascination Method Classes with Kate McDonald

Unhealthy, dry fascia is the root cause of most chronic pain.  Keeping your fascia healthy and hydrated can increase mobility, flexibility, and lymphatic drainage and can decrease pain and inflammation!  A special roller called the FASCIANATOR is used to roll the entire body from the bottom of the feet to the base of the skull, creating a balance from front to back, top to bottom and inside out. This class is 60 minutes.

SCHEDULE:

  • Mondays at 5pm // Thursdays at 11am // Saturdays at 9am all VIRTUAL (if you have the fascianator foam roller) otherwise IN-PERSON at Movement Counseling + Wellness

Body Weight Classes with Morgan McCauley

This 20-30 minute class is designed to burn fat while building strength. The session combines circuit training, cardio exercises, body weight exercises, core training, and stretching for an all-around conditioning workout. All skill levels are welcome.
